Non-Returnable Items

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on damaged, worn, washed or altered items, items with tags removed, or sale/final-sale items.

Any item that is not eligible for return will be clearly marked at the time of purchase, so you are aware before completing your order.

All eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

All orders placed during our pre-order launch will commence dispatch from 21 September. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Our products are designed locally and manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and order.Free standard shipping will automatically be applied at checkout when the qualifying spend is reached.Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you purchase.
